Engineering

MMD employs five degree qualified engineers. Whilst our core business is naval architecture we also complete projects that are more mainstream mechanical engineering. Such projects include tug winches, lifting cradles, crane base structures and A-frames.

As qualified engineers we maintain our expertise in heavy-structure design and assessment. We design to Australian Standards frequently and have commercial and in-house software packages to assist in the design of complex three dimensional structures.
