MMD’s expertise & experience in naval architecture encompasses a wide range of design types and builds, from 6 metre dredges to 40 metre luxury motor yachts and everything in between. We have the practical knowledge and theoretical understanding necessary to design vessels in aluminium, F.R.P. and steel.

MMD is flexible in the design roll taken in each project. Whether it’s the full design or just structural drawings, no job is too big or small. Popular amongst many of our long-term ongoing clients — including leading shipyards — is to provide a preliminary general arrangement drawing from which we develop everything from the vessel lines to the nested parts.
